Payment Policy A deposit of 50% is required within
7 days of confirmation with the balance due 60 days
prior to arrival. Reservations confirmed within 60 days
of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time
of confirmation. All Holiday reservations must be paid
in full within 7 days of confirmation.
Credit Card Payments We accept Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express. In order to process your credit card,
we will need the following information for our confidential
records:
- Cardholder Name
- Card Number with Expiration Date
- Cardholder Billing Address with
Zip Code
At the time that your credit card is charged, you will
be sent notification and the total amount charged. If
paying by Visa or MasterCard your statement will show
"Las Villas Akumal", if paying by American
Express, your statement will show "Caura Importaciones".
Our credit card charges are in pesos
at the inter-bank exchange rate, there might be a difference
with your bank's rate.
Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled between 60
and 30 days prior to arrival forfeit the initial 50%
deposit. Reservations canceled within 30 days of the
arrival date will forfeit the entire rental amount.
If any of the reservation nights are re-rented those
nights rented will be refunded. At the discretion of
the owner/manager the forfeited funds may be applied
to a future reservation.
Unit Assignment Please note that the unit
assignment is subject to change if management deems
it necessary. Management reserves the right to change
assigned accommodations for one of equal value.
Upon receipt of the credit card
information we will process your deposit and e-mail
your confirmation. We will automatically charge the
balance of your stay to your credit card on the due
date noted above, 60 days prior to your arrival date.
If your arrival date is within 60 days of this confirmation
we will charge out the entire amount.
